New York's Turf Cheesecakes
were originally created and
served exclusively at New York's famous Turf Restaurant. Year's
later, the cakes were sold
mailorder and as a foodservice item. When Turf decided to enter the retail freezer section, a small package was needed.

The package design had to show the quality product in a premium setting, while telling the story of New York tradition.
